Good question, why would anyone focus on what is wrong rather than what is
good. It is because we are conditioned to do so by our culture, The good
memory has a history attached to it. Example: Loving experience with wife
is triggered up by a song but then you recall she died or slept with your
brother or grandma died that day. We do it without knowing what we do.
    Peace Robert

That suddenly made sense, write down bad experiences and tapp them away. I
had never thought of good memories as a gift, thats quite beautiful

Hi Robert i think u have the best EFT videos on the web and i am really
giving it a go. One thing that gets me though is if you are an EFT expert i
wonder why u split from your ex. IM NOT ASKING WHY or any other details but
it just seems like if you – or any1 – is an EFT expert they should have
great power. I assume its because your ex wasnt what YOU wanted but still
it seems weird to me… Also i hope you are happy and in a relationship
now. The above sounds weird but my point was r u happy

I love that you said this. Thank you. It happens to me often that I think
of a good memory and then the negative circumstances that were just outside
of that happy memory will keep me from fully enjoying that memory. Such as
a day that I enjoyed fully, but knew I was in an abusive relationship at
the time. So, the memory makes me think, “Oh yeah, but I was with that
guy!” I’m off to tap on letting that part go. :)

Makes total sense. You can only think of one thing at a time, so why fill
your hread with negative thoughts when you can make them positive & feel
better. You could also say, when you start to think negatively or of a bad
memory, catch yourself and switch it to a good one, its hard though, to
    change bad habits.
