    I listened to this at a time of particular personal anxiety and stress and
    found myself crying at the thought of my 5 year self being there with me
    because I have lost myself recently, in work, in stress, in anxiety… And
    it reassured me, and reminded me that there are higher powers around us and
    we must stay in touch with them. Thanks for this. Does anyone know if this
    is a normal reaction to something like this?

    I think I am too afraid to let go. I didn’t see anything because I was too
    focused on my body. I am a “recovering epileptic” and wanted to try
    hypnosis, but I’m kind of fearful. Although I haven’t had an episode or
    taken medication for it in over ten years I’m still afraid. Do you have any
    advice?

    Hi Jason I found out that my abuser died yesterday, before I got justice. I
    feel as though I need to find a safe place, and usually I find that in your
    meditations but I wondered if you could look up…Shwedagon Pagoda Myanmar,
    it sounds like a very spiritual, calm peaceful place, I would love that as
    a meditation. Thank you for this one beautiful creation to X

    I am overflowing with energy. I saw my future self in a very nice blue suit
    with a very nice and sexy looking beard. I was shocked by the amount of
    charisma future-me had, i kinda felt jealous for a second, then I realised,
    hey this is me in a few years! When I asked future-me what kind-off job I
    had I didn’t get an answer, but I clearly saw myself with a beautiful woman
    (who’m I allready know but never dated) and in a very big house exactly the
    way I would love it. Few seconds later I imagined myself having a great
    vacaction at a beach with a fat bag of weed (hilarious, I know) anyways
    thanks for this experience bro, elevating!

    Jason, thank you so much for this. A goal of mine for 2015 was to do more
    meditation, to focus and center myself and used this one today and I was in
    tears. I did not realize how much pressure and I had been putting on myself
    and when I let it go with my breath, the tears began to flow. I really
    needed it, more than I thought. I look forward to listening to more
    meditations on your page going forward. Thank you again.

    Thank you Jason. I just wasn’t sure if it was a good idea to challenge the
    voice. The feeling felt so real that I thought it may have been a sign from
    my higher self, but you are right, it could have also be fear. Fear of not
    succeeding. Thank you so much for your reply and your kind words. I am glad
    to hear things are working out for you. I will definitely try the
    meditation again. Thank you.
